247CM : Qu'est-ce qui a inspiré le lancement de cette nouvelle collection ?
Pina Ferlisi : Luxe s'inspire de l'apparence des bijoux raffinés. Quand j'ai commencé à penser à la fille Bendel et à la façon dont elle accessoirise sa vie, il m'est devenu très clair que Luxe pouvait jouer un rôle important dans sa garde-robe de bijoux.
PS : Qu’est-ce qui rend la ligne luxueuse pour vous ?
PF : Son savoir-faire et sa portabilité. Nous avons incorporé les mêmes matériaux, techniques et savoir-faire que ceux que les bijoutiers utilisent depuis des décennies. Nous avons sélectionné à la main des pierres semi-précieuses authentiques et des cristaux Swarovski et les avons sertis dans des tons d'or 12 carats, d'or rose 12 carats et de rhodium pour créer un look moderne et intemporel. Nous voyons ces pièces portées tous les jours, superposées à ses vrais bijoux ou pour accentuer ses bijoux tendance. La meilleure partie de Luxe est que ces pièces sont aussi abordables qu’ambitieuses.
PS : Henri Bendel est une marque tellement célèbre. Comment avez-vous puisé dans son héritage pour créer Luxe ?
PF : Nous nous appuyons toujours sur notre héritage et nous efforçons de concevoir et de servir les femmes à la mode comme nous le faisons depuis plus de 100 ans, mais Luxe ne ressemble à rien de ce que nous avons fait depuis le lancement de notre propre ligne d'accessoires en 2008.
PS : Quelle est la prochaine étape pour cette ligne ?
PF : Je vois que Luxe continue de croître à chaque saison – nous pourrions même nous étendre au-delà des bijoux. Nous pensons que Luxe peut être un élément important de notre marque.
